Costa Rica CO2 Neutral

Costa Rica is a country that is also making its mark on what has climate change concerns, but not doing it a negative, but is helping the global environment and giving example to other nations.
But first of all, what means to be CO2 neutral?
Being carbon neutral is a global trend that seeks to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions and in this sense, involves both decrease and compensate. It try to remove as much emissions as we added
What is doing costa rica to become CO2 neutral?
With the presidential sash on his chest, Oscar Arias said: "Our aim is that the name of Costa Rica to become synonymous with fundamental values of humanity: the love of peace and love for nature. That will be our hallmark as a country. That will be our calling card to the world
With this sentence Mr Oscar Arias (costa rican former president) declared peace with nature and committed to fighting environmental degradation processes.
Eighty companies pledged to be part of the carbon neutrality of Costa Rica. what is done with this project is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from private and public companies in our country, although Costa Rica does not generate a large impact on global pollution is important that this be done and let other countries take the example necessary.
And who knows? perhaps cities like Mexico City, tokyo, new york, implement this project and our world change.
